BOOKING POLICY
Here, at Brows by Tonya, we are 100% committed to showing up for you. Our booking policy creates an understanding, fairness and expectation so that we can hold each other accountable.
1. Booking: Click here to schedule your appointment; or give us at call 629-239-7584.
2. Rescheduling: Rescheduling with less than a 48H notice requires a one-time non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Deposits will only be accepted via Venmo, Apple Pay or CashApp.
3. Late/Tardy: If you are running behind, contact the studio immediately! If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. Options to reschedule are determined by availability. Understand it may be 8 to 10 weeks before you are able to get rescheduled.
4. Cancellations: Provide a 48H notice via phone call or text to avoid penalty.
5. No call, No Show: No call, No show jeopardizes your opportunity to book future services. Please make every effort to keep your appointment and/or notify our office with a 48H notice.
7. Chronic Tardiness & Cancellations: We truly empathize and understand the challenges life may bring. Chronic tardiness and cancellations jeopardizes your chances of booking future services. With that being said, make every effort to keep your appointment and be on time as everyone's time is valuable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Provide a 48H notice. Beware: Any appointment scheduled and then cancelled without a 48H notice and/or cancelled the day of the appointment will incur an additional setup fee per area. This fee will be applied to your next visit.
GUEST POLICY
If it is necessary, bring support... this is a BIG DEAL. Or guest policy, however, has a few points. Guest must be 18+ years (no children allowed). Guest are welcome to sit-in on consultations, mapping phase, numbing phase. Once the procedure begins, they will need to have a seat in the lobby.
