Here, at Brows by Tonya, we are 100% committed to showing up for you. Our booking policy creates an understanding, fairness and expectation so that we can hold each other accountable.

We understand life gets in the way. Deposits, however, are in place to ensure you are dedicated and committed to the process. All services require a deposit and are non-refundable.

1. Booking: A deposit is due at time of booking.  The deposit will be deducted from the final cost.

2. Rescheduling: A one-time, penalty-free rescheduling deposit will be extended. A second reschedule will incur a new, non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.

3. Late/Tardy: If you are running behind, contact the studio immediately! If you are  more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued. Options to reschedule will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellations: Provide a 48H notice via phone call or text to avoid penalty. Again, deposits are non-refundable.

5. Same-day Cancellations: Booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. You will be charged 50% charge of the service booked.

6.  No call, No Show:  No call, No show booking deposit will be forfeited. You will be charged 100% of the service booked. You will not be allowed to book future services.

7. Chronic Tardiness & Cancellations: We truly empathize and understand the challenges life may bring. Chronic tardiness and cancellations jeopardizes your chances of booking future services. With that being said, make every effort to keep your appointment and  be on time as everyone's time is valuable.

Provide a 48H notice. Beware: Any appointment scheduled and then cancelled without a 48H notice and/or cancelled the day of the appointment will incur an additional setup fee of $85, per area. This fee will be applied to your next visit.

If it is necessary, bring support... this is a BIG DEAL.  Or guest policy, however, has a few points. Guest must be 18+ years (no children allowed). Guest are welcome to sit-in on consultations, mapping phase, numbing phase. Once the procedure begins, they will need to have a seat in the lobby.
